We provide both free and paid support options. For free support you can use the support forum or the mailing list. For paid support you can buy priority support units.
You can visit the support forum at http://www.sebster.com/forum, where the most frequently asked questions and "How To" guides are posted. This is the first place you should look if you have any questions.
We will do our best to answer questions posted on the forum promptly.
For the Tunnel Library we provide a user mailing list as an alternative to the forum. To subscribe to the mailing list, send an empty email to: email@example.com If you wish to subscribe to a digest version of the mailing list, send an empty email to: firstname.lastname@example.org To send questions to the mailing list you must first subscribe, after which you can use the following email address: email@example.com
If you need priority support you can purchase support blocks at the store. Support blocks are sold in units of 1 hour of support, and can be allocated in 15 minute blocks. If the number of priority support requests should exceed our capacity to handle them directly, support will be given on a first come first served basis. Priority support always takes precedence over support on the forum and mailing lists.
